Concluded PPA and BRP project in Sweden

We're excited to share the successful completion of a project with KGAL GmbH & Co. KG, focused on restructuring the balancing related services and de-risking the revenue streams of a wind farm in Sweden.

The project was completed under a tight timeline between August to December 2023.

During this period, our team at Synertics undertook the critical task of identifying, contacting, and screening Balancing Responsible Parties (BRP) that could both meet the imbalance cost risk exposure as well as the Power and Guarantees of Origin hedges envisioned by the project requirements.

After weeks of rigorous negotiations, we are delighted to see the formation of a strong partnership within a key renewables market in Europe.

A variety of both cost and revenue-related measures were refined in the new agreements aimed at enhancing the profitability and risk structure of the asset.
