We are pleased to announce our partnership with KGAL GmbH & Co. KG and PFALZSOLAR GmbH to lead the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) structuring of a large-scale PV plant in Greece.
To ensure a transparent evaluation and tracking of the various commercial PPA offers, the PPA Evaluation Tool of Synertics will be used throughout all stages.
The PV plant is expected to generate approx. 124 GWh per year, which can power almost 31.000 homes annually. In addition, the plant will help Greece decarbonize its energy generation mix and contribute to the creation of local jobs.
The project's PPA is expected to close throughout 2023 to ensure project financing for the construction phase. This proactive approach underscores the importance of sound financial planning and risk mitigation in large-scale infrastructure projects.
