Welcoming Elise and Rafael to the Team

We are thrilled to announce Elise Martins Ricardo as our new Energy Analyst and Rafael Antunes as our new PPA Advisor Intern!

Elise will analyse electricity market developments and communicate key findings to the PPA community. Her analytical skills and understanding of the renewable energy sector will enhance our ability to provide valuable insights into a rapidly evolving market.

Rafael will refine Synertics’ algorithms, in turn enhancing our tools for decision-making. With his experience in modeling, he is set to bring his expertise to our PPA Evaluation Tool and provide insights to our projects in 2024.

We are excited to see the impact Elise and Rafael will have as we continue to grow.
